Estate Planning Fees

A flat fee structure allows a client the freedom to communicate and/or make changes to their wills/trusts without incurring the costs traditionally associated with hourly billing. It also allows us to customize without incurring additional costs. Clients can opt for Will-based or Trust-based plans depending on their circumstance and/or the size of their estates. Will-based plans are typically $1,000-$1,500 for an individual and $1,200-$2,000 for married couples. Trust-based plans are typically $2,000-$4,000 for individuals and $4,500-$8,000 for married couples. Plans including specialized trusts (life insurance, Medicaid, IRA) costs more and your fees will be adjusted accordingly.
